This is a clarifying and chelating cleanser. Not all CG Followers believe in clarifying or chelating, but for those that do, this is an approved cleanser.
The cleansing ingredients sodium c14-16 olefin sulfonate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate are what put this product in the clarifying category.
The inclusion of Disodium EDTA and Citric Acid make this a chelating cleanser (which means it has the ability to remove mineral deposits left by Hard Water).
