Please note all parcels are sent 'Authority to Leave' unless you select the signature on delivery option before check out. 

Australia Post does not currently offer the Express Post Guarantee. However Express Parcels do receive priority service with Australia Post. All orders are shipped in order of receipt, regardless of shipping method.

Please check address details carefully, ensuring Unit Numbers and Business Names are included - Australia Post may 'return to sender' if the address does not include a unit number for a unit building delivery. Additional charges may be incurred for re-shipments due to incorrect addresses.
 
All orders are packed with paper based, recyclable protective packaging.
