  • Hmmm this is a tricky one.

The use of oils in the CG Method is somewhat controversial. Whilst the original book had multiple DIY recipes and treatments using oils, the author has since changed her stance. Most CG Products still include oils within their ingredients however the use of oils by themselves seem to be frowned upon by some.

The instructions for this oil suggest to add it to your cleanser, so in my humble opinion - it is no different than using a cleanser that contains oils, and for this reason I would say this is CG Friendly.
